Questions about pricing and buying
How much does Next Lite cost?
At the pre-sale price: €150, €200 or €250 net per month, depending on the plan. From 1 January 2027 the standard prices are €230, €290 and €380 net per month respectively. 12-month contract.
How does the pre-sale price work?
If you order by 31 December 2026, you pay the pre-sale price for the whole of 2027. Orders from 1 January 2027 are billed at the standard price.
How do the plans differ?
The application and content are the same. What differs is support: you work on your own, with the NIS2 AI Expert in the app, or also with a NIS2 expert from our team who helps plan the implementation, reviews documents and helps you prepare for an audit.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. 30 days of work in the system are free of charge and require no payment details.
How does payment work?
Monthly or annual invoice in advance, paid by bank transfer. We activate the plan once the first payment is received.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, in either direction – including to the full BCMLogic Next with business continuity and DORA. No data transfer needed.
We are a public sector body. Will you respond to a tender?
Yes. We will prepare an offer, a description of the subject of the contract and the trust package documents.
What does the NIS2 Quick Start include?
It is a one-off service for €1,800 net, available with any plan. You fill in one questionnaire and we move the data into the system: suppliers, risks, policies and contacts. The service does not include consulting or audits.
